Biggest wheel+tire combo to under Outback '97?

Post by vladrulli » Mon Oct 29, 2007 6:39 am

Well,
I was dumb enough to sell my ej20g converted '88 GL Coupe a couple of weeks ago... and now I got myself a '97 Legacy Outback...

as the winter is creeping in here in Iceland I'm looking into buying new tires...

what is the biggest tire I can fit under my car without any mods?

also, are the springs in Outback the same as in regular Legacy or are they longer?

any power-mod tips will also be highly appriciated... going from a 1100kg ej20g powered car to a 1500kg with a lazy 2.5l is very boring... :)
