15" rims

G'day, i was wondering if there are any 15" steel rims which would fit my L-series (4 stud)? I'm not too concerned about offset as long as the tyres don't rub on the inside. prefer 7" wide rim. cheers brenden

Only is to get Pug 15" rim, or convert to 5 stud for Liberty and get Liberty rims.
L Series doesnt really have many 15"

will the pug rims take std 15"tyres? I read somewhere that some pug wheels were metric and required metric tyres which are really rare and expensive. if they are std 15" which pug models have them? otherwise how big a deal is it to swap to 5 stud?

Depends on your talents with a spanner but if you had all the parts, including wheels and tyres, you should be able to knock the job over in a weekend no probs.
Failing that, email Crossbred and get him to do the whole conversion for you.

how much do crossbred charge for their kits for an l series ?
and what if i cant do the conversion myself with the kit? what are my options then ?

I've got a set of 5 15" steel wheels. You can have them for $500 for the set.

hmmm... I'll check with the missus and get back to you - might have to feed the kids baked beans for a couple of weeks. any tyres with those?

Nope no tyres, just the rims, still in their original boxes and plastic.

I have a 2" lift so would there be any issues with tyres rubbing on bodywork?

as long as you're not putting on 27" mud tyres you'll be fine. my brumby has road tyres on 15"s with 2" lift with no scrubbing. Not sure what the offset on the rims will be like on the L series, I don't imagine it would be too bad.

Are not superlites available in 15" as well? 15x7 if I recall...not sure what they are worth though.
