Wheel alignment, diff btw 13" and 14"

I still have 13" 185/75 wheels atm for on road use.
Haven't done a wheel alignment in ages (didn't seem a need to
)
but should I have it done with 14" wheels on or the 13" wheels?
Anyone got a opinion on how much difference there would be in camber, toe in/out etc.
Would it be possible to manually measure and adjust any differences...cause getting a wheel alignment eash time you change wheels is gonna add up $.
