finally managed to dig up 14" alloys for my coupe!

what tire sizes will fit without scrubbing the fenders?

the car is not lifted... not looking for some low profile race tires... the car is mainly going to be used as a "town cruizer" and am wondering what size I should go with to get a comfortable ride and nice handling... 205/70 or 60 too big? :)

Hows the offset on your mags? Personally I wouldnt go over 60 series. Something like 205/60 or 215/60 - I had 195/60R14s - they were okay

I think these are factory 14" wheels... not sure what the offset is...

If they're factory you wont have any problem

205/60R14s sound good to me :D

NANKANG XR611

I'd chose Falkens, basically cos I dislike the other two brands.

I concur, 205/60/14.

And, in turn I concur with Mudrat. I have had Falken tyres and they were pretty good.

ok... contacted a local tire dealer...
he can provide me with a set of all-season 205/60r14 Falkens for $420 (US $)

but then he made me a tempting offer... he can sell me either 195/60 or 195/65 japanese Sumitomo tires for only $220... 8O

has anybody heard of this brand? is the 205/60 size and Falken brand worth the extra money?

also, I can get 205/80R14... will that fit under the car?

thinking about using that as winter tires... 8)

Nah, no way you'll be able to fit the 205/80/14s under without a lift kit - I'm not even sure a 2" kit would clear them without some guard cutting.

My MY coupe runs 205/65/R15, thats the absolute biggest I can run on that without a lift kit or bashing. 205/80/R14 is a fair bit bigger than my tyres.
