Off road tyres for Gen2 Lib?

So I have 195/60 15's on my Liberty, which is just in the shop getting a lovely new set of shocks and springs. I am not changing the ride height .cos almost all of my driving is round town and I didn't fancy the higher centre of gravity due to my tendency to push hard from time to time.
My current tyres are some brand I'd never heard of: Champiro, they came with the Gen1 Impreza wheels I bought on Ebay for $100 and have about 5k left on them. By the look of them they certainly weren't made with the birdsville track or snow country in mind.
My question is: can I get any kind of mildly chunky tyre in the 195/60 15 size?
I can't seem to find any on tyre manufacturer websites.
Am I better off picking up some 14'' wheels to run 185/70 14's on when I'm heading bush? Are proper off rd tyres available in that size due to the higher aspect ratio? And if I did this would I need to get a re-alignment each time I swapped sets?
Advice welcomed
