Every subaru 4 stud wheel

Post by spike » Wed Dec 08, 2010 8:50 pm

ok i think everyone has heard somthing about the 'bible' that ive been writing for the EA82 and 81.
onee section i am having a little trouble with is the wheel guide.
basically im looking for information on everysingle wheel that was made with a 4x140 pcd, not including converted or custom i redrilled 6 studs or blanks

info i need

-size
-designation (name of the wheel eg sunrasia)
-year available
-car available

this does extend to limited run rally rims but not performance superlites or the like

Performance wheels

Post by FujiFan » Wed Dec 08, 2010 9:00 pm

I have a set of Performance brand mags on my wagon. they are designated as the "Marque" as far as my reciept shows. I have seen these on the ol' Puegot 505 wagon and VK/VL commodores (no doubt commys were not same PCD, stud patt) Was told by tyre shop back in 1998 that these were the last set from the Performance factory (Brand spankers in the box, SO xciting at the time:-D). Will send you a photo soon as can..

Forget to mention, 14" by 6". offset clearly not suited to FWD/4WD, Definately designed for RWD (Peugot, Commys).

Will this work, or do you want a straight on shot?

Mine are dirty, I'll clean them first.

Spike you need to look into acknowledgement of sources and copyright as I'm pretty sure some of the images on that 80's subaru site are copied (scanned) directly from tyre / rim / wheel company brochures.

yeah i know toonga, im talking to him now.
I dont think ill put every single wheel in it, peugots, sunnies, scorpions but there were a lot more in the US and i just dont see the point in writing about non factory our of manufacture stuff
Im hoping he will allow me to use most of his stuff and i will acnowlage him as suppling those images thus the onus is on him to get it right

Yeah t'su
Im talking to the guy who runs that websit
