Great car and has tight suspension, but unfortunately I live in the pot hole capital of NSW, Taree.

One of the previous owners had up-graded the rims to 2008 18" with 225/45R18W tires;

But these give a really hard (teeth rattling) ride around here, so I'm looking for a bit more sidewall.
There are some choices on ebay, a set of 2004(?) Forester rims with 215/60R16

Or another set of 16" rim supposedly from a Forester, but searching the web, they look identical to the rims on the Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Not a bad looking rim, but I will need to check the setback.
So my question here is; are there any Forester drivers out there that would be interested in swapping their 16" rims for my 18" rims?
Should I buy one of the sets mentioned, and keep my 18's if I sell the car sooner rather than later?
Arthur.
