27inch tyres

i'm getting a 2 inch lift, after that will 27inch tyres on 14inch rims fit the Brumby ok? they don't foul on the inner guards do they?

I've just replied to this over on ORS.

They'll always delve into legalities - which is a good thing if you're not up to date on all of it...

They will fit. Every tyre is slightly different though! You will need to trim guards up front. Someone on here will know exactly what to do - or get the tyres and work it out from there.

Or go for a set of 26 inch tyres.

in offroadsubarus they mentioned about not running very well offroad with 27inch tyres.. i'm not planning on extreme offroad, just a bit of mud and gravel etc.. not planning on doing the whole "TUFF TRUCK" effort.. lol

will i still be ok with the stock gearbox etc?
