15in ally's for MY l series

just saw a pick of a l series with 15in ally's and from what i gathered was the wheels were 4wd rims with the extra holes welded and machined and 2 new holes redrilled looked good now im chasing some wheels with the correct offset i need

I believe the Ford Courier/Nissan Navara offset is as close as you get to subaru offset with 4WD rims.

I used to own a 4WD Mazda B2600, same as Courier, it came with 16" steel rims as standard. Does this mean you could drill two holes in these rims and screw them onto an L series with close to the correct off-set?
I'd love some 16" inch wheels with low profile tyres on my L, it'd go round corners real well then.

2 holes need to be drilled in each rim to use the 4 stud method, or drill 4 holes in each hub and use all the holes in the 6 stud rim.
