They do look great and yes in a 14" is sweet – a REAL wet season tyre (do we even have a wet season out of the top end any more?)
Toyota 105 Series LandCruiser (that nobody on here wants to really hear about).
RX Touring Wagon - fitted out for 4WDing (currently collecting dust).
RX Project - will be road only at this stage (and currently taking way to long to finish).

Nearly got stuck in Katherine early last wet, with the water just approx 2.5m under the bridge. That same storm, coupled with high tide put the bridge under at Adelaide River on the Stuart Hwy. I got there just after they re-opened 1 lane. Was driving the XR8 rather than the XT Foz that trip - so aquaplaning was quite a regular occurance. (Nothing like 220kw through the rear tyres trying to keep grip with rain coming down so hard you can only see just in front of the bonnet with the wipers on full scream. It just cannot run off fast enough and you end up with a huge amount of water over the road.)
Do we indeed.
Willie.

BlackMale - it's just WA that suffers... i've driven in rain like Willie described on the Bruce Highway about an hour north of brisbane. And in the same rain on the Princes Highway south through Royal National Park just outside sydney..
at least gero has been looking a little greener from the last few weeks of drizzle..
