A while ago, i tried to get a group buy happening for 14x6 steel wheels to suit the L series similar to desert rats, but with a more sensible offset (ones that don't hang outside the guard)

Unfortunately, we couldn't decide on a style/colour or offset, so it was cancelled. We needed to buy 20 wheels to get it to happen.

Now, i have a friend who is interested and so am i, so thats 2 sets of wheels already, only 3 more sets and we can get a group buy happening.

Now, the big question, who do we contact to make our wheels? Should i just ring manufacturers like ROH, Speedy, XHP, Simmons ect and see if they will do them?

Why not go the 15's? sure to be more sort after and more likely to be able fill the order...

I plan on running road tyres of standard rolling diameter, and with 15"s, that would mean 50-55 profile rubber. Thats a little thin if i wanna do light offroading

The desert rats seem to sit ok on MY's Brumby's ect. but hang out on the ol L series.
