I've seen a few of these touring wagons in the yards over the years - none have been an MPFI unit though.

I've always liked that colour too, but I'm still partial to the blue :D

Cheers

so now has honda springs in the back with adjustable collar shocks. About 3.5 inch lift from standard. Picked up some adjustable front shocks today, so on the weekend, after i re-roof my pergola, ill bung them in with the ford springs and adjust them up to get it a bit more level. Currently looking for 1 l series roof rack to mount the spotties on. Still got the 13 inch alloys for sale, $180 ono

Stolen from here

I think you'll find these on the pre '87 L's when they still had adjustable suspension in line with the MY's setup...

an inch is an inch rsr! Today i put in the adjustable front shocks with the ford springs. Wound up all the way, but had slight camber issue, so backed them off a bit and all is sweet! He now sits about 1.5" higher in the nose, and a much better ride on road. Could almost say it 'handle', LOL! The big test will come this weekend when we go up to the riverland fishin

Oh sh*t yeah.. 1 inch more is all your missus would ever ask for :D but you're right.. any extra is more than worth it. I was referring to the fact that it was only standard Subaru struts and not what first came to my mind (special aftermarket ones), so sorry if I miss lead you in my reply.

Please post in the wanted with some pics.. it sounds like it shouldn't take too long to sell.

All the best with finding a new owner.
