Bent Bruce

Post by bruce » Mon Feb 26, 2007 6:58 pm

Had an oops in the Liberty today. Stupid bloody gateway traffic.

Hopefully insurance will have it back on the road soon.

I am okay, thankyou. Just a little bit of a whiplash and a strained neck. My excess is through the roof though!

Yeah that is no good - sorry to hear bout your bad luck. The gateway is a carpark in the morning. I have to traverse the horrid thing everyday. I think there were 3 major accidents in the past week alone.

I am not sure if 'oh no' quite covers it anymore lol
The quote to repair so far is just shy of $2900 and the assessment centre still has to quote on the radiator and aircon
My court date has been postponed now too, because I changed courts they have to re-assign a new date. That means I can now drive for longer - but it's a bit hard now when my car is off the road :(

The bent bruce is not so bent anymore. We did a typical 'Backyard Boys' style job this afternoon to get my car back up and running for the time being. With a little bit of a wash it will come up nicely, I just had to avoid night driving because my lights don't really point in the same direction anymore lol
