I think subarino's bracketing is a better setup, but i wasn't keen on running the belt past the power steering etc, this way i'm just using the crank pulley running directly to it which used to power the air con...

Looking for a new (standard) pulley for the charger as the one i bought is missing the clutch, Hope to get around 6 psi but that's got a lot of things changing that, apparentley even the exhaust has an impact on boost ie how free flowing it is, which might explain why subarino might've only gotten 3.5psi to begin with...

The actual supercharger setup will be similar to some holden kits which have the throttle body down stream of the charger and use a bov to vent excess pressure. I'm hoping that by using a factory plumb back bosch style bov, it'll act like a bypass valve and allow air in when the chargers off.

Just picking up some parts today so i'll try get some more work done on it and more pics

the original bracket i made up was too hard to work with so i ditched it for a better design, just gotta find a new clutch for the charger then it'll run, anyone got an old sigma lying around? Their a/c units have the same clutch i need apparently... Also need a bonnet scoop for the tmic... I'll try post pics soon.

Just took a bit of inner guard massaging, just gotta get the angle grinder on the outer guards front and rear then its all good... And yes they do turn to full lock without rubbing on the inner guard.

I can get full lock driving around in circles with out rubbing, haven't tested it with full suspension travel. front outer guards haven't been cut yet. They're 30x9.50x15... Od's around 29 inch. I'll take a big hammer when i go 4wd make sure theres no probs... Clearance under the sump guard'saround 350mm so big diff from before, hopefully wont get stuck so easily now. And 3 inch lift.

looks cool but surely your going to have to cut half your guards away to have any sort of up travel?

Few updates, had a bit of spare time so had a play with the charger, this is the setup i'm using, just waiting for a pulley.

New tyres have been on for a few weeks now, went for a little 4wd on the weekend to test them out, huge jump in traction from before even without any lsd/locker

Still got a bit of guard trimming to go yet...
