Also what about the wheels? thinking I will paint them again, what colour do you reckon to go with dark green? It will probably get superlights eventually so I'll just stick with these wheels for now.

Just thought I would add my 2 cents, the green is great! It really suits the angular lines of the L series.

As for the wheels, until you get the superlites, perhaps a lighter colour on the steel rims? I think a 'warm silver' would offset the green. And to go against the tide :) , how about the charcoal superlites? Much better than gold IMHO. The gold reminds me of old Honda Legends for some strange reason. (Hmmm... I think you can still get gold badges on a Honda :( )

Nah, the 504's never came with 15" wheels. They are from a 505 pug.

The Peugeot rims came in both metric 390mm and 15 inch.

I would assume (like me :)) LTurbo would have the 15 inch versions as you cannot find TRX 390mm tyres anymore and if you did you would need bucket loads of cash!

Yep! They are on my wagon (as in my avatar - although the picture is not very clear) They fit perfectly on my '78 (early cars have an offset more like RWD than FWD). Do not come out of the guards at all - but then neither do Desert Rats or the like.

What are they like on your Leone? I am tempted to try them on my RX but I kinda like the original 'H' pattern alloys (Sick I know - they are so small!)

They are great so far, but they do stick out past the guards a little. I was going to ask you if you had any troubles with scrubbing but obviously not. They have not scrub for me yet, but that just means I have not hit a big enough bump yet. I think the fronts will be fine, but i might get the rears rolled out a bit. Although this may be difficult because the rear doors make up part of the rear wheel arches.
