Why do the six inch lifts look twice the height of a 4 inch. It'll be a real headturner.

Fatz, this thread has taken off!!! I had to go back to read up, so now i'm up to date.

That lift is huge, shame they don't weld the lift blocks as a one piece unit for the front and rear, would give a little more strength (but probabily a pain in the arse to place on the car...).

You gonna run bigger rubber on that thing or are the conquerer's it?

Keep up the good work, you got one hell of a post here and one sh!t hot machine down there!

Cheers

You need a photo of it with 13's on it......then the huge things I know you will fit, great for comparison.

Haha, thanx mate for the compliments.
Thanx everyone.
I know that its not everyones cup of tea, but i appreciate all the positive input. If anyone wants to give any negative comments, your also welcome;) i prolli just won't pay as much attention to them:)
As for the rubber question, sif id lift it that hight just to fit 27's;) Nup ill be attempting to fit some 31 Simex ETs under it. Roughly 32x10.5. If they dont fit ill go for some true 31x10.5 or even 31x9.5.
Will find out soon enough what the largest tyres a L series will take witl stock subie drivetrain.
Thanx again.

Well Well Well,
I spose its that time again.
Had a pretty good weekend overall. Couldn't of done it without the exceptional help of Will, Josh and John.
Got a comfy amount done over the 2 days.

Modded the radiator support to allow a EJ radiator fit,
Made up a gearbox crossmember
Swapped over engine crossmember
Put in the engine
Wired the engine in
Fixed some fuel lines
and last but not least. Drank and had a good time.

Here are some pics, and i have a video too that I'll put up later on of it starting and running.

Thanks again for all your hard work.
Still have ALOT of work to do before i can drive it.
Anyhow. Enjoy the pics.

Good to see some progress Fatz!

The wiring situation looks familiar. Can't wait to see the car outta the shed with the wheels u want to go off road with installed. Should look really mean!

Good work
