My L series

AS it stands as I picked it up today.

What bushes are required to fix the sloppy shifter. Keep going from 1st to 2nd, back to 1st instead of 3rd.

Don't know why I didn't want to go to an EJ earlier. EJ22, standard part time 5speed box 3.7 ratios, spare parts, all this and more for the handsome price of $1500.

Just a bit of rust repairs, nothing structural which is good. Bit of a tidy up.

dont know about price on L gear shift bushes but i just did the liberty a few weeks back and subaru had them and it cost $138 all up.....worth it tho...changes like a new car

They are not overly expensive beasts - i recently did them in my L. There are 8 buses on the select lever rod.

If you are keen you can do the 2 on the Boss CP.

Thanks for the pics Fang, will use the diagram.

There is a spare wheel holder on the Rear Bar, home made, but not by me, pics to come.

Took it for a quick fang on dirt, loved it. It is so much quieter than the Brumby.

There is a pin located under there. Take the pin out, and it goes all the way down.

This project might be dead in the water, rust is too far gone to fix, might just take the motor and box and repower my Brumby

Bugger. I have got an L sedan here we are going to dump once it is stripped. You can get cuts from it for rust repairs if you want.
