Looking really good there mate. Love the brilliant untinted white.

How do you find the twin master cylinder/no booster setup? I'd like to do the same but concerned that the pedal would be very hard with bugger all feedback. I bet you use the brakes far me than me though. Do you find that you change the f/r bias much?

cheers - It would look even better with some sponsorship!! Untinted white makes touchups easy tho.

I ended up buying a full willwood brake pedal box and twin willwood MC's with balance bar.
About $350NZ I think, so not to bad - but you will need to fab up new mounts and attach the gas pedal to the side.
They are heavy, but good feel. When you are racing you don't notice them being heavy but I have not done any endurance stuff so may be a differant story there - although this is the std setup in most rally cars,
Having the ability to adjust F to R bias is fantastic, heaps better control as you can choose to lock up front (tarseal) or rear (loose surface) first and by how much to suit your driving style. Highly recomended for the Brumby in my books.

That's good to know. I'd like to give it a go if I can get on top of all this other stuff.

Once again - proof that an BMW M3 race car is faster on a track than a Leone.... Like that was a difficult one to work out....

Had a tarmac bent sprint today - 2.3km down a fast road, round a cone ant the end then back again.
Bloody quick - well, for me anyway! The car felt great, best yet on tarseal which is great for the confidence.

Cheers guys - The car is turning out to be a lot of fun and getting better each event as I tune/change the suspension setup - I have now got good progressive sliding in the rear and still have fantastic turn in.
While the car will never be a world beater it is proving to be compeditive and came ahead of a host of rotarys and some other quick cars - so hope yet with more development.
But back to gravel next so more learning and testing to do.

Kindof - I have a little Olympus sports camera, 7.1 MP. I have this mounted between the head rests. Does a good enough job other than the sound... I might just have to make the car louder so you can hear it better huh?
There will be incar for the gravel coming.... hopefully no big moments.

1st Gravel event for 2010 - My car clubs 1st round of their 3 round Rallysprint series.
About 7km long in just under 5min, a couple of quick pieces around 150kph combined with some nice twisty stuff as well.
Lots of Fun!!

Had round two today - wet road with the odd slippy spot.....
Had a moment just after 3min.
A good result for me - 1st in class (Pre 92 4WD) and beat a Legacy, a Mazda 323 4WD and a couplke of Mitsi VR4's

In case you were wondering how slippery it was here is a mate coming to grief...
