115hp from a turbo 1.8L?! What a dog.Gannon wrote:115hp EA82T
Cheers for the kind words!87rxturbo wrote:I really ,really like what you've done to this wagon, it's good to see it went to a good home and everything you've done is an improvement, rather than butcher it.There's probably less GT2's around than RX's so personally i think you should keep it as close to original as you can and keep with the clean n mean look. You can always get a another garden variety L to play and modify.

I'm really stoked to see that the car has gone to someone who deserves it! I'm sure Chris feels the same way.
I am quite jealous but at the same time glad it's still on the forum. Look after her!

Also my friends have far better cameras than mine so watch this space for better pictures in the future.El_Freddo wrote: This subi has always been about the porn - and you sir certainly know how to take great photos of the subject!

I do them on an a3 page. PM me with a few pics of your car and an example of roughly what angle you would like it drawn from. I'll draw it and can send you a preview, if you like it you can pay for it, if you think its shit, then i'll keep it, it's no big deal.

Just a small update... Took a break from uni to do a little bit more on the wags.
As you can see there is a lot of oxidisation and dead clearcoat that needed to be cut off, so i did a couple of passes with the buff before finishing it by hand.
Heres a couple of before/during/after shots:
And where it currently stands:
You can see that it brought out a lot of clarity in the reflection. Unfortunately there are a lot of paint defects that aren't going to come up with detailing though, but the car presents pretty well so i'm not concerned about them at the moment.

Also attended to an ABS light that had been on since i bought it. Although i cleared the code (Code 23 FR sensor, ground out the unit until he HCU resets) the ABS light is still on. When i check the codes though it only displays a startup code (11) which i thought is always displayed?
Anyone know where i can find a diagnostics procedure for a 97 Legacy?
I haven't taken it for a test drive yet to see if the ABS is functioning again, i'm just assuming it's not because the light is on.
