Cheers for the kind words!

Sadly, most with artistic talents do not make the poverty line so need to do other work that pays above .... nice work..after the 22B, how about a Vortex - and how much ??

I'm really stoked to see that the car has gone to someone who deserves it! I'm sure Chris feels the same way.

Hahah. Once it has registration i'll be able to take it to better places than across the road lol. Also my friends have far better cameras than mine so watch this space for better pictures in the future.

If it was manual i probably wouldn't have bought it. My project car is manual, and i love manual but for a daily... Traffic after a days work.... zzzzz... Gotta have an auto daily! :p

If you guys are serious i'd be happy to. $20 + whatever postage costs?

I do them on an a3 page. PM me with a few pics of your car and an example of roughly what angle you would like it drawn from. I'll draw it and can send you a preview, if you like it you can pay for it, if you think its shit, then i'll keep it, it's no big deal.

Just a small update... Took a break from uni to do a little bit more on the wags.

Image

As you can see there is a lot of oxidisation and dead clearcoat that needed to be cut off, so i did a couple of passes with the buff before finishing it by hand.

Heres a couple of before/during/after shots:

And where it currently stands:

You can see that it brought out a lot of clarity in the reflection. Unfortunately there are a lot of paint defects that aren't going to come up with detailing though, but the car presents pretty well so i'm not concerned about them at the moment.

Also attended to an ABS light that had been on since i bought it. Although i cleared the code (Code 23 FR sensor, ground out the unit until he HCU resets) the ABS light is still on. When i check the codes though it only displays a startup code (11) which i thought is always displayed?

Anyone know where i can find a diagnostics procedure for a 97 Legacy?

I haven't taken it for a test drive yet to see if the ABS is functioning again, i'm just assuming it's not because the light is on.
