That's cool to see that your using it on the track like that. Good job with ya lap times too. I really like the look of your Brumby too, very tough.

Cheers Jake

Love that pic in the dark mate! The brumby looks mean.

I bet you had a load of fun! Great result for your second go out there. Driving under lights would have changed things too.

Keep up the good work.

Position doesn't really matter, the other cars vary so greatly. a 66 is an epic time though, congrats.

I once did a 71 on clubman in a 1.8 6spd MX5 before the track was resurfaced (lowered with good tyres - also first time out).

Thanks again Guys

I'm very keen to get some semi-slicks as my 7 year old el-cheapo rubber is now looking very used.
I also want to get a front LSD, as I keep spinning up the inside front :-(

These 2 things should help me drop my times by a few seconds & I'll feel more confident taking the ute to lakeside with better rubber.

Cheers Chris

Ok, for those interested

The Grumpy will be headed to Qld raceway on 17/4 for another night sprint, this will finish my tyres off good & proper....unless anyone wants to donate rubber to my cause, hahaha :-)

Sorry can't help with tyres or front diff but when you go looking for a diff, have a look at the KAAZ 1.5way. My friend had one in his WRX hatch and worked extremely well.

Can't wait to see next wednesday night results

Sorry Bantum, no closeup's at the moment, I'm viewing 4 values on the screen, Boost, Intake temp, Coolant temp & Knock, just so I know what the engine's up to. I must admit I haven't driven the Grumpy in 4 months so when it comes on song I'm too busy watchin the road.....no time to look at datascan ;-)

Google translate has a lot to explain.

Is our Russian member asking about decals / transfers/ stickers on the rear section of the rear mudguards ??

Hey Steptoe, I bought this datascan second hand for $280, they seem to go quick so I jumped on this one.

Cheers
