Post by 86rxturbo » Tue Jun 05, 2007 10:37 pm

Hey all i did this conversion at the end of last year and often read these forums, but i never got around to posting any pictures of it up. Here are a few for starters i'll put more up as i get to it.

I haven't got any photos of the conversion itself yet but soon.

Here is a few more.

Thanks. its from some kind of honda prelude not sure what model, i just seen one driving around one day and thought it would suit my car, so next time i was at the wreckers i looked around and they had one. I measured it up and it seem to fit mostly.

No one's noticed the cable-hydraulic clutch yet!

haha yeah i was wondering if anyone would notice the clutch, and yes thats the one. the wiring is a bit of a doozy if your not sure what to do, luckly my brother PEEJAY is an electrical engineer :-D so he helped me, but all up it took about 2-3 days to sort it all out and put it in. i would'nt recomend it if you don't really know what to do, but if you have some good wiring diagrams from each model then you should be fine.
