"Watch" a Forum, not a thred? Possible?

Is there anyway I can "Watch" a forum. Not a thred, but the things threds go in. I want to keep a eye on the SA outtings section. But I forget to look. Is there a way I can get email notification to new threds in there?

Also, can anyone fix the email notification link error??

I always just use the "view new posts since last visit"

That seems useful, thanks, but I don't always visit this site, so I'd still like email notification.
