Moving pic in sig

Hi, i have this gif file i want to upload to my sig, it's 464 KB and changes, when it uploads from my comp into my sig it dosnt work, its just the first frame,

is there any way of up loading into my sig so it works?

Without looking I would guess that the size exceeds the file limit aloud for signatures.

so how can i fix that, i got it from a guy on another forum who is using it as his sig.

Try hosting it on imageshack, see if that works.

As for shrinking it, maybe check out GIF Construction Set or similar.
