Dear Friends:

I have been member of this great forum for some years, I learned a Lot, also I like to Share the information & photos I have; but sometimes the Forums refuses to let me Post anything.

In example; I wanted to share some interesting info & photos on this Thread:

showthread.php?t=22131&page=2

But each time I hit the "Post Reply" button, or the "Quote" Button, this message appears:

So, my question is: Why?

Thank you in advance for your Time & advice.

Kind Regards.

It is probably because you need to subscribe with a donation to the forum...

You should be able to find what you need in your user CP or in the FAQ ;)

All the best with it!

Cheers

Yep... you will need to become a gold subscriber to have access to all areas on the board. which is exactly what I encountered on USMB but a donation fixed all of that.

as for moderators ...

Well... here, I have Access to that Thread, but I can not post a Reply, nor quote...

In USMB you can not "See" the Links to certain Sub Forums, such like the Off-Topic Forums; so you can not have access to those Hidden Threads, untill you reach certain Number of Posts; there it does not depend on Donations, but in Number of Posts.

Kind Regards.

Ok so I didn't want to spam up the board like I do here :) but if you want access to all areas here a donation is required. the admins have set up the board differently here (which is their right)

Yes, I Understand that; Thank you for your Kind Reply.

Well, since I Live So far Away from Australia, and Far from USA too, it was not easy for me to Send a Donation for USMB, I Don't know if I could do the Same for AUSubaru, but I really want to Donate...

While I could figure out how to Donate money, I'll Keep Learning from all you here ... ;) ...and Sharing my Knowledge and experiences with you.

Kind Regards.

Well... I had some info that I Wanted to Share on that Thread where I can not Post; in example, about this post:

RSR 555 wrote:... First plated LSD was only released in the L RX. Even the EA81T wasn't LSD. ...

The LADM (Latin American Domestic Market) Specs Subarus, as well as EUDM (European Domestic Market) Specs Subarus, had available LSD Differentials on the Second Gen (EA81) Subaru Leone, in a Rare -weird- 3.889 Relation; as you can see in the Following Pictures' collage:

That Subaru belongs to a Friend on USMB, who granted me kind permission to make that Photo collage and post it Here to Share info; the Complete Photos and Information about his Subaru, are on his Build Thread, Here:

...and About This:
RSR 555 wrote:... Still makes me laugh, "factory webers and big port heads" these are NOT factory. ...

Well, the Late EA81S came -in a Limited Number- with Factory Twin Webers, for the 1983 "Safari Rally" instead of twin Hitachi carbs on a Intake manifold; but that year Subaru was promoting the "Turbo Traction" whose production started in late 1982, so very Few Twin Webers EA81S where made.
