major malfunction on email change

Changed my email address and it fully upset my account had to sign up again cant access anything not even forum or pms 
Yep, it's happened to all of us.
In the end, I just abandonned my old account, got Stinky to delete it (so I could use my new email address - the old account tied it up even though I couldn't use it) then started afresh.
Who are we speaking too by the way?
