Downloads and links section

The downloads and links section does not work. It comes up with the error, =======================================
Unexpected critical failure
Critical Error: Links and Downloads Manager v.2.2.1 requires VBulletin version 3.5
=======================================
Which indicates we need VBulletin version 3.5. But Stinky has managed to put a topic in there about usmb? but cannot access it because of the version error.

Are we just going to have to do with out this section as we do not have that version? Or is it some other error?
