My work computer (Defence) will let me open the site, however will not allow me to post and threads / replies or log in. They have blocks on all forums, chat rooms etc. Now I can only post from home, however do not log on at home too often, due to time constraints, dial up and other reasons. (Am on holidays at present, so getting on a little!)

Nothing can be done from your end, so unfortunately I do not get on as often as I would like. I do however have a look most days at work (during lunch, of course) and sometimes wish I could reply to some of the threads I read.
