Rep Power? wt is it

so who can explain to me what this "rep power" is?

mine says 2 and it has a green indicator under it yet i notice on a few people its black and on BYB-01 (i think) it has 2 nice green ones making him more important than me

just want to know how its used how does it go up just nething really

oooo that thing on the top right of everyones posts where it says add to "......" 's reputation?

only jsut noticed it.

obviously people dont do it much then

another question

do we have to earn reputation points to give out or do we get told how many we have when we click on "adding to our own reputation" coz when i do it says i have 10 points. (either to give out or that are mine)

Matatak it's in the top right hand corner as well haha
