downloads & link section

just lettn ya no if didnt already no that the download & link section isnt working it would be good to get it going and let people add to it ( only related stuff that is ) you guys could moderate that anyway...just a thought...

I do tend to agree Mike however why have it here then if its not going to work/be used.
