new section idea

Post by AndrewT » Tue Oct 23, 2007 12:48 am

Hey guys, just a random idea, maybe theres too many sections already but...

Maybe a section for "Projects in progress" might be nice.

Some people already have running threads in the Members Rides, others in Conversions etc...I just realised my Monster Wagon thread is actually in the WA trips section. Might be cool to follow a project from start to finish, the person can post up every time they complete a new step with photos etc.

Just an idea anyways =)

Yes i''m for that, just one designated 'Projects in progress' thread.
I only look in 'members rides', thinking thats where they were all done :)

yeh he can whore it with the 5 different subaru projects he has going atm.
if you look at it this way though projects never seem to be completely finished- they just keep getting improvements- so maybe it is still good in members rides. but it would be good to have em all toghether i spose

Yeah probably a rule would be you can't just have "the car" as a project.
Rather a separate thread for "lift kit install", "custom rear wheel carrier build", "EJ22 motor install".
Hm second thoughts it might get harder to search the forums for info if different types of projects are all under one section.
Ah well, see if anyone else has better ideas.
