Shout box

I know other vbulletin boards have this feature (a shout box) I was just wondering if it would be possible for us to have one or has it been tryed and found to be spam worthy

used to have it on a LANing forum

was pretty much there for random lulz

but the good thing was it was only on one dedicated page so it didn't get annoying.

but i think tapatalk would be more useful than shout box
i get really frustrated navigating this site on my phone
