start something with citycams on Subaru

Post by steptoe » Mon Jun 14, 2010 11:01 am

Remember the dude that started filming a quickly choreographed jig at tourist spots around the world and cashed in on it for some credit card ad?

We could start something here, and you can jig if you want. What if a member created just a blue link to a citycam around the place like this

http://www.broomecam.com/

Don't blame me or this web site owner if you get caught/ fined/ convicted for trying to get on this web cam

and anyone living in the area, able to get the Subaru down there at a convenient time to all in GMT that this site uses (time to stick up a GMT clock on the wall too) give a little warning and say hey look at my L Series Wagon, BRAT, Brumby "HEY get your eyes off the missus"

This could be done around the world with all you guys that get to travel for work or fun. Could give Mr Clarkson something to think about too. Imagine all the Subaru nuts anywhere within cooee of Westport gathering in the near empty carpark, for eg

we've got a snow cam up here but its not in real time - its refreshed every half hour so you can see the snow conditions at anytime you want: http://www.skicom.com.au/?id=hothamcam
