Sorry to hear.
you lock your car in your garage? also keep valuables out of it whilst its parked. anything you can't take out easily enough, (ie stereo, etc etc) try to install them with some stealth. also keep stickers to a minimum, as they usually act as advertisements to thieves.

Vidler, sounds like an inside job?
I'd be happy that the $250 is all that's gone - You're actually pretty lucky they didn't vandalise anything! Small consolation I know, doesn't make you feel any better...

I had my ford and the vortex broken in to.
They jumped my front wall then broke in to the ford then because we
dont leave anything in our cars they broke into the garage thru the rola door and i always leave the vortex unlocked behind the rola door they took the cd player but they didnt damage anything in the vortex so it was a trade off.
Cheers pete

bastards knew what to take...the cash !!
roller doors don't offer much security as I found out the other day when the L slipped into reverse, left foot on floor , right outside on ground, parrot on shoulder. The curtain just caved in with little force.
I hooked all my shed openings up to house alarm and doors always announce opening - gates too !!
