Hose Clamps- by the box

This probably won't apply to those in trades, but for the rest of us...I'm sick and tired of running to the local Repco/SCA/Autobarn to buy individual hose clamps for each ratty little job I try. Apart from getting charged through the nose for a small piece of metal, there's the time wasted and petrol/running costs.

However I've found the new Masters chain stocks Tridon standard hose clamps by the box of 10 at reasonable prices. Basically for $59.60 (Canberra Masters) you can get a box of 10 of each following size:
- 40-64mm
- 27-51mm
- 17-38mm
- 14-27mm
- 8-22mm
- 6-16mm

So less than $1 each. Basically if they save you one trip to buy a(nother) hose clamp they'll have paid for themselves. They also have the T-bolt full ring types too (individually).

Postage is $8.80 bringing the total for those not near a Masters to $68.40. Didn't see anything on the Bunnings website and haven't visited them yet.

Another option are the Blackwoods JBS 135pc hose clamp kits:

Not a bad idea as there are fewer servos around, and fewer again that actually sell old servo stuff like tubs of grease etc. Wouldn't hurt to pick up a plastic sorter box at same time
