I wouldn't laugh about the shed size taken into highest consideration for the purchase of the house. This is why a mate currently lives where he is - but his wife was in agreeance with him.

Its also the reason why mum and dad built a new house (partly anyway), we had an aireal photograph of the property taken and the roof space of the shed was just larger than that of the house's - mum wasn't happy cos the house had a verandah halfway around it too...

And dave, you're such a tease! I wanna see hatchie in that pool

hehe yeah we need more pics! Let's stake the place out on Sunday....wait for the current tennants to goto church, jump the fence and take a bunch more photos!

Seriously dave, we need to assess you're purchase! And since I'm in vic and you're house is in Perth and I don't have the time to come over, i'm guessing i won't beable to inspect in person, so pics it is...

I only have like 3 more pics and all contain the crappy furniture of the current tenants and don't do the place justice.

The Tenants have to be out of the place by this coming Monday Andrew so you would imagine they would be moving out this weekend anyhows.

7 Days to go. This time next week i should be making friends with the neighbours and testing out the Hatch exhaust in the shed.

There will be fresh pics taken before we start moving out stuff in. Hopefully next Friday.
