Congrats Dude!

No more free parts for you then! Matter of fact I think it might be the other way round now:cool:. Seriously though mate I hope it all works out for you and you are soon rolling in the cash. I suppose us poor public servants will just have to keep on struggling on:rolleyes: At least I will have a shot at getting some decent parts at the wreckers now:D. Good luck with it and I hope you enjoy the heat.

Cheers,
Corax.

PS. Told paul about the plans for the turbos yet?

Ah yes I have several upgrades in mind for PJ and some minor work for Jetcar, and yes I can see myself losing weight for quite a few reasons, most of them being work related:)

Im happy but it has dawned on wifey just how long I will be gone for each time I fly out. Still haven't got the confirmation letter yet, but I had a conversation with the owner of the business (he actually approached and offered me the job at a wedding) And all going well I will fly out Wednesday and be in Karratha working on Thursday morning.

Is it a return flight??

All the best with it, I hope it comes through for you Jules! I know it will be tough being away from your family, but I'm sure you'll make the most of your time with your family on your time off.

Cheers

Thanks once again everybody.

I have noticed a catagory one cyclone has formed off the Pilbara, which has closed the oil and gas industry.

I rang Virgin airways information and the nice girl on the east coast said "yes the flight is still happening" with a rather nice Philippino accent.

wish me luck or as they say in the theatrical business "break a leg?"

For those that don't know, steptoe and toonga aren't living together, Toonga once gave steptoe a cleaning tip for steptoe's toilet that he had an issue with...

If you didn't know that, the above statement from steptoe could be read in an entirely different light :p

Good luck with it all Toonga, I'm thinking of heading bush to sit in an air conditioned dump truck doing 2x1, stuff sweating like you will be, plenty of drivers needed.

Guy, give American Dave a PM on PWRX, he owns a recruitment company involved with the mining industry, he might be able to help you out.

Good to hear you're employed and still kicking too - that's a pretty important part of being employed I'd say.

Don't go back to your better half as a bag of bones, she won't appreciate it, or your job for that matter.... ;)

Cheers
