Is there any way you can weld ally with a gasless mig.

nope,but
aluminum solder might be what you want,
I got some from some 4wd show a while back, but it never
worked as easily for me as that guy demonstrating it.

Get a replacement torch with gas line and attach the gasline direct to the gas bottle and operate manually, if a bitch but will work.

You'll be surprised how many amps it takes to weld alloy - something the typical gasless wire only mig cannot provide anyway.

You can buy a 200 amp unimig for a bit over a grand that'll do 4mm alloy no worries.
