Get well Dave

Post by Outback bloke » Mon Oct 06, 2008 12:21 pm

A quick message to wish Dave (Hi-rise) a speedy recovery. He is hospitalised and quite unwell at the moment.

Please, any one wanting to wish him a speedy recovery please do so here. His family doesn't need or want any one ringing and worrying them at this time.

Apparently he may not be able to be operated on until Monday now. The doctors have given him too many drugs to thin his blood and now it is not safe. If he goes down hill they will operate there and then.

News is good. He had his bypass surgery yesterday morning and all went well. He is conscious today but still pretty much out of it. He hasn't asked for a beer yet so he must still be pretty crook.
