Ask on http://www.ausjeepoffroad.com. I think jeepengines.com are a sponsor of the site over there.
I have dealt with Chrysler dealers in the USA for valve stem seals (different engine than the Jeep, but same warehousing) and it did take a while for the seals to arrive...

done a bit more work on this. Fair trading enquiry gained nothing, but some links to search business names.
UPDATE....some good news....the whole story was looking suss. Impressive looking website, found it in minutes on google, found what we were after, only a mobile phone number available supposed it was like the old yellow page advertisinwhere they use a yellow page number only, spoke to a guy, got a faxed invoice to pay in full. The invoice was in another business name to what was used in the ads, same type of business same sort of offers, same PO box, no main landline, same sales rep mobile and name then there is no street addres in any web site advert, no main landline number, no listing in white pages electronic, no answer or reply to messages over three days of calling the mobile, street view on google of the address came up down the next street, fax number continually engaged over the weekend, and the fax had another business name print out on it . Mate was getting very worried about his money, having to chase up another head and pay for that as well...then this morning the sale rep rang to say he was chasing up the location of the head with the carrier...it has gone astray by the looks. Thanks for your input
