Where was the accident? He has bad luck, when we met him about 15 years ago, he was using a walking stick, from a previous accident. Thats why we call him "Hoppy Jake".
Get Well Jake.

I am more worried about how he would fairing mentally rather than physically, cause that’s pretty F U. My condolences and it sounds like he will have allot of support from Ausubaru.

Tell Jake we are hoping he gets better soon. Is it the same leg as the damage last time that is affected? Also tell him not to be a stranger and to drop in one day. I don't think he has been here since he came round to watch the air show in his yellow wagon.
As an aside, I was just thinking about the first time I saw him pissed. It was up Bribie beach about 12 or more years ago. Man it was funny and he is incredibly heavy for a skinny bloke. Jason C and I had to keep picking him up off the ground. He told us to leave him there cause it was the only place where he could balance and not fall down from. (He was still very much "Hoppy Jake" back then). I think it was even before he had a Subie. I think he may have had his Hilux around that time.

I don't know why but there is becoming more and more people that aren't receiving their confirmation emails. I will have a look and set your username to work now.
I will say g'day to Chook, Doogie and Jake for you but you will have to do the other one on your own.
