How about - if you photoshopped male nipples over the top of female nipples, would it still be considered explicit?

Men have nipples because they have them as boys, or coz not many females reading - genetic throwback to the fact mother had 'em ?
Years back, someone artistically produced a pic or painting of a male with no nipples or belly button......
