Bench pressing definition

Post by sven '2' » Tue Oct 25, 2011 9:31 pm

For the gym junkies.

When someone says they bench press '150', is that 10 reps of 15kg?

Presumably they are bench pressing a static 150kg? (Unless they are Arnie 'Feel the pump. It is fan-tastic. Is like cumming')
