Bench pressing definition

For the gym junkies.

When someone says they bench press '150', is that 10 reps of 15kg?

Presumably they are bench pressing a static 150kg? (Unless they are Arnie 'Feel the pump. It is fan-tastic. Is like cumming')

Ive been told if you cant do 10 reps then the weight is too heavy.
Im benching around 30-40kg, Im tall and skinny!
