Off to Vietnam!

Post by Brumby Kid » Fri Jun 15, 2012 6:01 pm

As the title suggests I'm off to Vietnam for 2.5 weeks.
I leave tomorrow (Saturday) in the afternoon.
Apparently there is a war on or something.
Got to look for Charlie.
So I won't be on here for a while, till about the 3,4 July.

Cheers Cam

They do have internet in Vietnam, have a great trip and don't waste room packing shoes or warm clothes, you won't need much more than you wear on the plane and a couple of pairs of shorts & t shirts.

Lots of good knock off clothes etc if need.

Thanks,
Yeah I'm hoping I will have Internet access.
Gotta find out who wins the is open.
Yeah just taking a rucksack and a few pairs of clothes.
Trying to save room so I can bring things back.
I want to get a suit made up like the top gear guys did.
I will remember you guys.
Should be good. Once we touch down, us students have to run it all.
Choose what we do, we're we eat, sleep etc.

Cheers Cam

This was in China but I'm sure it's the same there oh and no need to get upset, they are especially bred for eating, just like we breed sheep.....each to their own though there has been a case recently of dogs being stolen in Thailand and taken to Cambodia for the market.

Why is it that no one else got the Forrest Gump reference?

as for the ladyboys remember brumby boy is 16 don't give him a reason to need therapy :)

and remember dog tastes like dog

apart from that have a great time in Vietnam it has a very old cultural history and is an extremely beautiful country.

Thanks Toonga.
Yeah my first reference for ladyboys was an idiot abroad so that was interesting.
I was surprised when noone got the reference, I thought their could be many follow up jokes.
Yes, don't really want to find out what dog tastes like.
Yeah, the culture should be amazing.

"Hey Fowest"
"Hey Bubba"
"I'm gona lean on you, you go right ahead and lean back on me... this way we don't have ta sleep with our head in the muud"

:p

I really need to watch that again!

Have a blast over there! See if you can get into the tunnels, that'd be an awesome experience and would really hit home with what our diggers were dragged into.

Cheers
