I am at my wits end!
Ive tried most that promise tracking ability and expert services, big companies and small alike (cant mention names - unfortunately!)


Does anyone have a good contact for me to try out?
For mostly small car parts say up to 3 kgs a time
Must be affordable and able to deliver Australia wide

E-Go seems to be the most common amongst RSLC goers. Common advice is to place a "To and From" label on every side of the box for more reliability.

Sorry, but when I was sending items from work they were all the same.
Hopeless.

yeah e-go is the go. You boook and pay for it online and you can 'tweak' the dimensions and weight and get it as cheap as possible - sometimes though they will actually weigh and measure the item and send you a bill for the difference.
If you can pick it up and drop it off at their depots it can save you 50% too.

man, e-go have been good for me at the receiving (paying ) end for wheels and tyres, a roof too ! Never used their send side of things though

Ive had a read of their website and it does look promising

Never had a problem returning a damaged chest of drawers from the SSC to Sydney, but that was 2 years ago though.
The driver was courteous to boot.
