While the title may be a little misleading. I'm working again (praise Jebus the redneck son of gawd) and here is a run down of what Im doing for now. while Im on work probation.
Our area is called process panels we get reject panels and do this...
the boards are cut to pre determined sizes and lengths
they are then glued and place in offset
this is the near completed stack
we work on the stacks from the day before it goes in this end
and comes out like this
big box makes noise bearers come out
it isn't rocket science but I'm working and if I was working on Saturdays, I would be on exactly the same money I was making in Karratha.

Lucky for you it's not 'rocket science'
Sounds like a paid job and that's what counts, so congrats on finding something and hope it turns into something long term. Speaking of paying, it sounds like they pay well, so you better work hard at this job and make a good name for yourself and then you can pay off your debts
Oh and what are these???

Yeah we have discussed the debt thing

go have a coffee will you
the bearers are just that

we make them to put under the A grade sheets of particle board made in the plant. (they are called gluts as well) if you look closely you will see them under the packs we are making. if it is moved by a forklift then it has them under it.

COFFEEEEEEE .. need coffee
Oh.. yes I know what gluts and bearers are, just never heard them being called 'noise' bearers, so I thought it was something special.
And if you get discounted prices at work, I might have a way for you to pay off some debt

Will see what I can do, first grade or are seconds ok? by seconds I mean the sheet has a mark or a burn on it, from the process of being made.
Big box makes noise, bearers come out.
That better?

I'm not sure what he is up to now ... I actually went back and made sure I had spelt burn not bum. (no editing invloved)
anyone?
and what size sheets do you want? thickness? length? width? this is one of the 6 manufacturing plants in Australia, and I have seen sheets bigger than the length and width of a brumby.
