just thought we might have a few sufferers of heel spurs, plantar fasciitis (sp?) - have linked this transcript to a few people now and getting positive results

no thanks, it is bad enough having a piece of floating bone in my right foot from a skateboarding injury when I was younger.
A childhood friend of mine had heel spurs 30 odd years ago. the only course of treatment was surgery followed by massive amounts of pethidiene. needless to say he became an opiate addict and up until recently was still chasing the dragon.

Funny you mention skateboards coz I have sort of increased my size and weight from when my board was spec'd and was thinking of asking on the board about sourcing new trucks and wheels to um up spec the board - seeing as though smaller boards are making a comeback after 34years of the bigger wider boards. Mine is a 1975 model with Cougar Urathane wheels (tyres?) and was pre grip tape and under side protection so had to come up with my own applications as the need arised - glitter and clear coats up top and door protector moulding for below
The trucks are more to suit a scrawny ten year old at present

You will be suprised what weight those trucks and wheels will hold
I saw skateboards at big W and the reject store the other day it may just be cheaper to buy one of them and put the other one on the wall.
if you want trucks I would go indepedent these are 149s the skinniest they make now.
you would need wheels and bearings to suit as well as I would say you may well have open bearing wheels on the one you are describing
or buy one of these Ive seen one these plastic things run over by car, cause excessive panel damage on the exit and the skater dusted it of and skated away on it.
