Absolutely outrageous, only way to describe the service we recieved from ERS (electrical and refrigeration services) Paid over $700 last year to "replace" the control board in our evap unit to fix an issue with it not opening the water solenoid. Did not fix the problem and on a return visit and repair and another $100+ spent to "replace" the solenoid this time, not only did the exact same problem re-occur in the next season but they didn't even replace the solenoid! It still has roof paint overspray on it, despite the roof being painted BEFORE this "repair" took place. On another job, quoted another $700+ to replace the control board in our faulty dish washer, despite us being able to buy the part ourselves for $150 and half an hour to install. ERS can suck a big one. :evil::evil:

I remember your hot days and the need to fix the evap cooler too - getting warm again from the sound of things. Maybe um delete this ref real quick and put it to management the roof paint thing and get a refund, or tell 'em to get a tie for Marty King is coming to visit!
