MY front guards

My LH front guard on the MY Touring wagon has slowly been gathering rust in the lower part down near the sill.
When I say "slowly" I guess this has been going on for 10 years.
It is now at the stage where the guard will have to come off for surgery.
If the damage is too much the guard may well be better of being replaced.
Can anyone tell me what are the differences between the wagon/sedan, Brumby and Touring wagon and Quad lights and single head lights and/or a combination of all the above.
I basically need the LH front guard for an 82 MY Touring wagon with quad headlights.
If I can work out what will fit or not I would plan to find one, strip it back and paint it ready for fitting.

Any front guard from any year model of any MY will fit. Single, quad headlights, 81, 91, from Brumby to Leone they're all the same.

Thanks SB, I cant recall why but I thought the wagon and brumby differed as did the quad vs the single head lights.
Maybe I was thinking about the doors being different ?

The doors are different between Brumby and Wagon/sedan. The Brum doors are much longer and have a different window shape.

It's great being able to take the guards off any MY you find at the wreckers, as I needed to do not too long ago.

Damn that cancer for us guys that hold onto the old L or MYs! Bet you're kicking yourself for not nipping it in the bud 10 years ago hey. Rust is such a bastard that by the time it starts to get really obvious it's suddenly quite a big job to rectify :/ I'm dealing with some quite bad rust around the spare wheel well in the engine bay, and also windscreen of my L at the moment. Not fun!

Yes, the rust started off as a small bubble about 10 years ago.
My fault of course but at this stage I plan to wash the inner guard out of the expected mud/dirt/stuff that's in there and apply some rust converter to curb the issue.
I will then monitor it more diligently.
I am also well aware of rust in the lower part of the windscreen.
It is not too bad in both bottom corners but obviously there could be hidden issues under the windscreen but I am watching this closely.

It's easy enough to replace a rusty guard, not too serious. It's when you can poke holes in the chassis rails and main pillars you should be worried

Both lower parts of the guards on my brumby eont exist. The bottom of the fenders flap around at speed. The black trim that goes all the way down the side of the ute is as far as the guards go... past the point of repair I think!
My tray is another story. Can put my hand into the cab their are holes so big
