its an edge design

see http://www.edge.au.com

its got a kawasaki zx6r engine (600cc), probably holds enough fuel to drive accross australia. I've been building it for yonks coz i tend to do a bit then not touch it for a few months etc etc. All the other stats are on the web site. its called a Piranha.

when i started it i didnt really have a clue what i was getting myself into... all the major stuff is done, its just the small fiddly bits to go. It looks more finished than it really is and so far its cost around the 6 grand mark. Could do it for cheaper but i coundn't be bothered making the swing arms.

I did make a suggestion somewhere along them lines.... he seams to like the idea of the TV screen and DVD player.... might get a little dusty though.

For spottie choice I'd recommend something small in size with clear covers. Stone chips will be a massive problem :)

Great to see it coming along, interested to see it going (eventually).

lol. it will be going one day :D i think placement of the spotties will factor the amount of stone chips they get...

I'd like to see those big beefy uni joints adapted somehow to take the place of CVs in a Subaru driveshaft! Don't know how realistic that is tho heh.
